BluePrint AI ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

• Account information: Email address and password when you create an account.
• Project data: Home design descriptions, preferences (bedrooms, style, square footage), and generated floor plans stored in your account.
• Uploaded images: Inspiration photos you upload for AI analysis (processed and not permanently stored on our servers).
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions within the app to improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the BluePrint AI service
• To generate AI floor plans and cost estimates using your descriptions
• To authenticate your account and protect your projects
• To send product updates (you can opt out at any time)

AI Processing

Your home design descriptions and project data are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate floor plans and cost estimates. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how they handle this data. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Data Storage

Your account data and projects are stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services necessary to operate the platform (Anthropic for AI, Supabase for storage). We do not share data with advertisers.

Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Correction: Update inaccurate information in your profile
• Export: Download your projects at any time

Cookies

We use minimal cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Children's Privacy

BluePrint AI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
