By using BluePrint AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

BluePrint AI is an AI-powered home design platform that generates floor plans, 3D models, and construction cost estimates based on user descriptions. The output is for planning and inspiration purposes only and does not constitute professional architectural or engineering advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@blueprintai.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service's systems
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights
• Use the Service to generate fraudulent or deceptive materials
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

5. AI-Generated Content

Floor plans, 3D models, and cost estimates generated by BluePrint AI are produced by artificial intelligence and are for reference purposes only. You should consult licensed architects, engineers, and contractors before making construction decisions. BluePrint AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated designs for any specific project.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the descriptions and inspiration photos you provide. The AI-generated floor plans and designs produced from your inputs are owned by you for personal and commercial use. BluePrint AI retains ownership of the platform, software, and underlying systems.

7. Subscription & Billing

• Free tier is available with limitations described on the pricing page.
• Pro subscription is billed monthly at the price shown at sign-up.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@blueprintai.app.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or suitable for construction purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluePrint AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated designs or cost estimates.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for unused subscription time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
